Lifeln Technical Development Laboratory (LTDL)

The Lifeln Technical Development Laboratory is mandated to deal with mystical science — synesthesia, ESP, extrasensory abilities, anomalous phenomena, and magic — and to develop, verify, and refine techniques and devices for ability development and synesthesia-based instrumentation. It forms both the Mystical Science Research Division and the Technology Development Research Division.

As the laboratory responsible for all technology development and instrument engineering within AISU — and as the successor to the early Institute's Aerospace Engineering Laboratory — the LTDL is the technical core of the Al'bina Institute, alongside the CSL. Primary scientific research outside the domain of technology development is delegated to the Cosmic Science and Mystical Science Divisions respectively.
